NAAFI Car Sales - NAAFI OPA

In addition to selling vehicles, NAAFI Car Sales is also the only official procurement agency, appointed by the Military, to process and clear German tax on vehicles being purchased via a German dealer. This part of the operation is called NAAFI OPA (Official Procurement Agency) and is run from our Car Sales Head Office in JHQ.

The OPA is run in full compliance with the (SOFA) Status of Forces Agreement. To ensure that the process is as simple and stress free for our customers as possible, we have designed procedures in both English and German to act as a guide to anyone purchasing a vehicle from a German dealer.
